LDNM Academy Review

Course Information here.

As mentioned in my page about my nutrition services… I studied with LDNM this Spring in order to develop my person nutritional qualifications. I was so pleased with this course I wanted to write a short post to share my experience.

I enrolled onto their Nutritional Coaching Course for April/May 2016. I’m always apprehensive before any form of educational studying. I researched their company and upon reading the course content I felt confident that it was worth my pennies.

Held at the beautiful location of Reebok Gym in Canary Wharf, London across 2 days it was a great experience all round.

The Tutor: Josh, a highly qualified and knowledgeable individual. I loved his relaxed style of teaching and references into every day life. He was passionate about his area of expertise, which I feel is so important, and gave an honest opinion on anything he was challenged on.

Course Content: The content was relevant, current, well researched and well referenced. Everything was based upon proven scientific knowledge which is everything. We had a lot of time to individually practise the discussed topics and calculations. I’m mostly a kinaesthetic learner so this individual learning time is essential to me.

For any personal trainer holding a Level 3 Nutritional Advice qualification, this is the next step up so I would highly recommend. Professional development is so important, especially in an ever changing industry. For all PT’s it’s so essential to keep your knowledge up to date and ensure we are always learning.

However, for anyone looking to learn about nutrition for personal reasons or as a career, or is even just interested in health this course could also be for you.

The follow up information you receive from the course is fantastic; we will be issued with all of the course content in slides and receive on going support from Josh and the team with any educational queries we may have.

I would like to pass on a huge thanks to the whole team at LDNM, what you are doing in the fitness industry is a great thing.

If anyone is thinking about this course or looking for something similar I’d love to help in making your decision based upon your aims. Please feel free to comment below!X

  1. Hi Sophie,

I’m looking to go on the ldn nutritional course. Is it a course I could make my own nutrition business from? Such as ebooks and courses.
Or would I be better off with another one?
